It opened in 1990 as Mill Cove, with Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay credited as designers, and was renovated with new Tif-Eagle greens after Hampton Golf took it over. The layout mixes tree-lined fairways, marsh and water, and some elevation change. It plays to par 72 and 6,784 yards from the Black tees (72.1 rating, 130 slope).
