Arthur Hills designed it in 1985 and it opened in 1987, with greens, fairways, tees and bunkers renovated from 2012 to 2015. Know before you go
- Book public tee times online up to 6 days ahead
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your tee time to avoid a no-show charge
- No play on Mondays from May 1 to October 31
- Last tee time is 3:00 pm and carts are due back by 6:30 pm
- Bring collared shirts and avoid blue denim jeans
- Expect to be paired with others in season if you are a single or twosome
- There is no lightning alarm, so watch the sky and head in early
- Bring plenty of iron practice: sixteen holes are par 3s
Dress code
Men wear collared shirts with sleeves and slacks or golf shorts, and hats and visors go bill forward. Women can wear golf dresses, shirts, slacks, shorts, skorts or blouses; sleeveless tops need a collar. Blue denim jeans, tank tops, tee shirts, cutoffs, cargo shorts, sweatpants and swimwear are not allowed. Proper attire also applies on the practice putting green.
Carts & walking
A cart holds up to two riders and two bags, riders must be at least 6, and anyone under 16 needs the pro shop's approval each time to drive. Carts stay on the path at all par 3s and stay 30 feet from greens. Coquina shell paths on holes 1, 11 and 16 are played as the ball lies, and carts are due back by 6:30 pm. A walking rate applies from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Food & drink
The clubhouse restaurant is open to golfers, and a golfer's lunch is served from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. The restaurant number is (239) 768-1474.
Pace of play
Faster groups must be allowed to play through. In season, singles and twosomes are paired to fill the tee sheet.
Policies
The course is open to the public and members, with separate booking pages for each. Public golfers can book 6 days ahead and members 14 days ahead, one tee time per day with up to three guests. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead or the no-show fee applies. The course is closed Mondays from May 1 to October 31, and the last tee time is 3:00 pm. The course is irrigated with reclaimed water, and the club has no lightning detection or alarm system, so leave the course and seek shelter if storms approach.
