- Wear soft spikes only; metal spikes are not allowed
- Warm up on the range, putting green or short game area
- Expect water and bunkers on many holes; the par-3 5th is surrounded by water
- Pick a tee suited to your game: five sets from Black (7,095 yards) to Yellow
- After heavy rain some holes can be cart-path only

Pro shop check-in is reported to be about 30 minutes before the tee time, so plan to arrive early enough to warm up.

The club has a driving range, a putting green, a pitching and chipping area, practice bunkers and a teaching pro.
