Proper attire, including a shirt and shoes, is required, and soft-spike shoes are required for all golfers.
Carts & walking
No more than two people may ride in a cart. Carts and pull carts must stay at least 30 feet from greens and use designated areas and hard-surface cart paths. Private carts are allowed with a trail fee, limited to the owner, family and guests.
Practice facilities
Members have unlimited access to a driving range, practice green, chipping area and two bunker complexes.
Food & drink
The Madison Country Club Bar & Grill has a full bar and dining area, open to all during course hours. A south patio overlooks Lake Herman and an east deck looks over the first tee and 18th green.
Pace of play
Slower groups must let faster groups play through at the first convenient opportunity.
Policies
Play starts on the first tee unless the pro shop approves otherwise in advance. Each player needs their own set of clubs, one player per bag. Tee times are booked through the pro shop or online, and green fees must be paid and registration completed in the pro shop before play. All food and beverages must be bought from the club.
