The Links has a traditional southern feel and plays as a par 72 of 6,074 yards from the blue tees (68.6 rating, 119 slope). Know before you go
- Outside golfers need a resident to host them; the courses are not open to the general public.
- Book tee times through the member portal or call the pro shop at (352) 854-8430.
- Pro shop hours are 7am to 5pm weekdays and 6:30am to 5pm weekends.
- The Links has five tee sets (Blue, White, Yellow, Orange, Black); pick one that fits your game.
- The Pub sits near the first hole of The Links.
Practice facilities
PGA and LPGA professionals give lessons through the club's pro shop.
Rentals & pro shop
The on-site pro shop carries brands including Callaway, Titleist, Ahead and Tour Edge. The shop is open 7am to 5pm on weekdays and 6:30am to 5pm on weekends.
Food & drink
The Pub is a restaurant near the pool and the first hole of The Links, with pavilion seating, a full bar and daily specials. It is a private restaurant for the community.
Policies
Both courses are private to On Top of the World residents and their guests, so outside golfers can play only as a resident's guest. Guests can play year-round, and the club invites guests to try it before becoming members. Tee times are booked through the online member portal or by calling the pro shop. Violations of club conduct rules can lead to loss of golf privileges.
