The East Course at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs is a par 72 championship layout of about 7,355 yards from the Blue tees. Donald Ross designed it in 1918 (holes 1-6 and 16-18) and Robert Trent Jones Sr. reworked it and designed holes 7-15. Tree-lined fairways, large greens and mountain views define it, and it has hosted U.S. Amateurs, U.S. Women's Opens and U.S. Senior Opens, most recently in 2025.

- You must be a Broadmoor overnight guest, a member's guest or a member to play
- Book tee times by phone at 877-224-3249
- Carts are required before 2pm
- Collared shirt and slacks or Bermuda shorts; no jeans or T-shirts
- Soft-spike or flat rubber-soled shoes only
- Cancel at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a charge
- No rain checks; refunds are pro-rated if the course closes
Arrival & check-in
Players check in at the main Golf Club. The green fee includes bag transport to and from the hotel, overnight bag storage, a bag tag and locker room use.
Dress code
Collared shirts with sleeves and slacks or Bermuda-length shorts are required. Jeans, short shorts, cut-offs, halter or tank tops, T-shirts and jogging suits are not allowed. Soft-spike or flat rubber-soled shoes are required, and hats come off in The Grille and member lounges.
Carts & walking
Players must take a cart before 2pm on both courses, and the green fee includes one. If the green fee is complimentary, a cart can be rented separately.
Practice facilities
The green fee includes access to the practice area. Others can buy a day pass. Complimentary family clinics run on some afternoons in summer.
Rentals & pro shop
Rental clubs and rental shoes are available, and the Golf Shop sells Broadmoor apparel, Callaway equipment and balls. Call 719-577-5790.
Food & drink
The Grille is the clubhouse restaurant, open to overnight guests and members. Hours are limited (Thursday to Saturday at last check), so reserve on 855-421-4301.
Policies
The East Course is open only to registered overnight guests of The Broadmoor, guests of a member, and Golf Club members. Book tee times on 877-224-3249. Regular reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Play continues in marginal weather unless the course is closed, refunds are pro-rated by holes played, and rain checks are not issued. Juniors 7 to 11 play free with a paying adult, and 12 to 17 have discounted rates; juniors always pay the cart fee.
