Local rules from the scorecard: on hole 2 the condominiums and parking lot right of the hole and behind the green are out of bounds, and the fence behind hole 4 and along the road on hole 11 are out of bounds, all with no loss of distance (one stroke, drop within a club length of the point of entry, no closer to the hole). On hole 17, a ball hit into the river takes a one stroke penalty and is played from the drop area across the river.
