Hole 1
Dogleg right into the wind, with the water tower a good aiming point off the tee. Plan on three shots.
Hole 2
Left dogleg: favor the right side off the tee. The second shot plays uphill.
Hole 3
Short par 3 to a small pedestal green.
Hole 4
Usually plays into a headwind, so take extra club on the approach.
Hole 5
Three-shot hole with a lay-up, and water comes into play on the third shot. Favor the right.
Hole 6
Tee shot over water. The front third of the green slopes sharply from front to back.
Hole 7
Right-to-left wind and an elevated green.
Hole 8
The number 1 handicap hole, helped by a tailwind. The large green is a good place to two-putt.
Hole 9
Left-to-right wind; favor the left side. The green is elevated.
Hole 10
Right-to-left wind, so a fade is the preferred shot. Flat green.
Hole 11
Short par 4: favor the right, away from the bunker. The green undulates and slopes front to back.
Hole 12
About a 140-yard carry over water to a bowl-shaped green.
Hole 13
Big hitters can reach in two; trees matter on the third shot. The large green slopes back to front.
Hole 14
Headwind and bunkers on both sides of the fairway demand an accurate drive, then an uphill approach.
Hole 15
Headwind; the green takes a long iron.
Hole 16
Second shot plays over water to a back-to-front green, often into a headwind.
Hole 17
Left dogleg with a tailwind; stay out of the right fairway bunker. A birdie chance.
Hole 18
Tailwind, but avoid the three small pot bunkers off the tee. The green is farther away than it looks.
