Plan your round at Glendarin Hills Golf Club

Men need collared shirts and may wear slacks or khakis. Tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweatpants, athletic shorts, and jeans or denim are not allowed. Women may wear skirts, dresses, blouses, or collared golf shirts, and shorts are fine if they are not athletic, denim, or jeans. Soft spikes or spikeless shoes only.

Drivers need a valid driver's license, and each cart holds two riders and two bags. Carts are GPS-tracked and must stay on the paths around tees and greens; par 3s are cart-path only. A cart shuts off if it enters a restricted zone marked by green and white stakes. The starter posts any daily cart restrictions.

The club aims for a four-hour round and encourages ready golf. GPS on the carts monitors pace, and staff can step in to manage it. Order food and drinks through the cart GPS at the 9th tee to keep the turn moving.

Tee times can be booked up to two weeks ahead, online at any hour or by phone during shop hours. The club may combine groups into foursomes. Rounds disrupted by frost or rain are forfeited, and the first reservation resumes when the course reopens. Rainchecks are given only for rain or lightning, as credit prorated by the holes not played. Groups of 16 or more can book up to six months ahead with a deposit.
