Links at Gateway was built on one of the flattest expanses of land in the region, with close to 1,000,000 cubic yards of dirt moved to add definition off the tees and into the greens. The championship-style layout features bentgrass fairways and large greens, and the site describes it as measuring just over 6,842 yards. Four sets of tees are offered on each hole.

The facility has a driving range plus chipping and putting areas. Range balls are sold in small, medium and large baskets. PGA staff are available for lessons, arranged through the pro shop.
