Hole 8

A par 4 that must carry a big mound right of the tee, nicknamed the Matterhorn, into a blind fairway. The green is tucked left behind another mound and slopes off the back, so putts can run away from the hole.
Hole 9
431
yds ·Green
A dogleg left from an elevated tee near the halfway house, lined with trees on both sides. Large bunkers guard the landing area and wiregrass runs down the right.
Hole 10
536
yds ·Green
A 634-yard par 5 that plays downhill from the tee and can be seen in full from the second shot. Most golfers play it from tees about 100 yards shorter; a sign on the tee reads Rest and Be Thankful.
Hole 11
147
yds ·Green
A short par 3 that is more dangerous than its yardage suggests.
Hole 12
450

The shortest of the par 5s, with a downhill walk from the fairway to the green.

Hole 14
213
yds ·Green
The longest par 3 on the course, playing downhill from an elevated tee.
Hole 15

The tee shot carries a large lake that moves from right to left, and you choose how much to cut off.

Hole 17
107
yds ·Green
The last par 3 plays across a lake with a full carry to a big green. The green slopes back to front, so a ball past a front pin can feed back toward the hole.
Hole 18
345
yds ·Green
A closing par 4 lined with trees and wiregrass on both sides.
