Carts & walking
Carts must stay on the paths around greens and tee boxes and on all par 3s. No more than two riders are allowed per cart, and carts may only be rented or driven by someone with a valid driver's license. One non-playing person may ride with each fee-paying adult golfer if a cart is available.
Practice facilities
A full practice facility has a driving range, putting green, and pitching and chipping greens. Range hours run from a half hour before the first tee time until one hour before dark.

The Scotsdale Clubhouse and Pub serves beer, ales and Scotch, along with the Bella Vista Brat.
Pace of play
The scorecard asks groups to play ready golf. Groups more than 15 minutes behind the card's pace may be directed to skip ahead to their correct position, and players who stop between nines for more than 5 minutes may lose their position. The card sets 2:00 for the front nine and 4:00 for 18 holes.
Policies
Fivesomes are permitted after 11 AM. Children 12 and younger must use their own golf equipment, pay the required fee, and play with a fee-paying adult; children must be at least six years old. Proper golf etiquette and attire are required, and a local rules sheet is available in the pro shop. The course has no lightning warning system, so golfers play at their own risk in severe weather.
