It is a short, walkable layout of six par 3s, eleven par 4s and a single par 5, with more than 800 sabal palms lining the fairways and a waterway running along several holes on the west side. Atlantic breezes, especially from the east, can change club selection. The back tees play 5,040 yards (65.4 rating, 120 slope).

- Tee times are booked through the Brevard golf site.
- The course is open 7:00am to 6:00pm daily.
- Proper attire is required.
- Bring extra clubs for wind: Atlantic breezes, especially from the east, affect play.
- Six par 3s run from about 85 to 190 yards depending on tee, so wedge and short-iron accuracy matters.
- Choose riding or walking when you book; both rates are offered.
Carts & walking
Both riding and walking rates are offered, so walking the course is an option as well as taking a cart.

The Champions Grill is at the clubhouse.

The course is open daily from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Rates vary by time of day (earlier tee times cost more) and there is a lower loyalty rate. Credit cards are accepted. Rates are subject to change, so check the current rate sheet when booking.
