The Club at Hidden Creek hole by hole
Par 3Par 4Par 5
Hole 1
A short opening par 4. Favor the left side for a safer, slightly longer approach to a well-bunkered green.
Hole 2
A moderate par 5. Lay up if going for birdie to stay short of a large bunker on the left.
Hole 3
A visually demanding tee shot with plenty of room. Watch the small pot bunker on the left; the green is small and shallow.
Hole 4
A medium par 3. Missing short leaves a tough pitch from rough or a deep bunker.
Hole 5
An open tee shot with a fairway bunker on the right and a lone oak on the left. The green is elevated.
Hole 6
A short par 4 with water down the left and mounding on the right. The large green has a pot bunker in the middle.
Hole 7
A long par 3 over water to a sloped green, with two small bunkers short and right.
Hole 8
A par 5 where the second shot must avoid a large lake. The green is multi-tiered and par is a good score.
Hole 9
Trees line both sides, and a pond guards the right of the green. It takes two straight shots.
Hole 10
A large bunker runs the full length of the right side, and the approach must carry it.
Hole 11
A shorter par 4 that favors a soft draw, with a thin bunker on the left. Bold players can try a high draw over the trees.
Hole 12
A straightforward par 5 where finding the fairway matters. The right side gives more roll but a poorer angle to the kidney-shaped green.
Hole 13
A par 3 that plays longer than its yardage, so check the wind. The green is wide and shallow with two bunkers short and right.
Hole 14
Favor the left half of the fairway to avoid trees on the right. The green is large, and a miss right is trouble.
Hole 15
The strongest of the par 5s. A large bunker cuts the landing area about 100 yards out, with room left for players going for two.
Hole 16
A large oak must be played over or around on the second shot. There is a small front-right bunker and mounding left.
Hole 17
The shortest par 3, where short is the safer miss. The elevated, wide green slopes from back left to front right.
Hole 18
A risk/reward par 4: lay up 100 to 150 yards out, or gamble near two large bunkers into a narrow landing area.
