TPC Las Vegas

Plan your round at TPC Las Vegas

TPC Las Vegas is an 18-hole, par 71 desert course designed by Bobby Weed with Raymond Floyd as player consultant, playing 7,016 yards from the back tees. Formerly TPC at The Canyons, it hosted the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open and other events from 1996 to 2006. Before you go

Everything to know on arrival

Know before you go

  • Choose a tee that fits your game: blended tees play with fewer forced carries than the full blue tees
  • Treat desert areas as red penalty areas and drop at the point of entry
  • Hole 2 is an island green par 3, with a drop zone behind the green
  • Watch for the course's overseeding closure each fall
  • Leave time for lunch at Nelly's Kitchen after the round

Rentals & pro shop

Club rentals and a club shipping service are listed on the course website, and the golf shop and golf instruction are available on site.

Food & drink

Nelly's Kitchen serves Southwest-style dishes from sunrise to sunset, with views of the 18th fairway and Red Rock Canyon. The patio is open for dining in spring and fall, and the bar is open the same hours.

Pace of play

The scorecard lists a target pace of play of 4 hours 25 minutes. Groups that fall behind get a reminder first, then a conversation about ways to catch up, and finally the staff may reposition the group.

Policies

The scorecard asks players to treat all desert areas as red penalty areas, defined by the edge of the manicured grass or the outside edge of the cart path, and to take relief under Rule 17.1 at the point of entry. Ball drop zones sit behind the green on holes 2 and 12. The course has closed for overseeding in some years, so check the website for closures.
