The Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach is the permanent home of THE PLAYERS Championship, designed by Pete Dye. It is best known for the par-3 17th with its island green. The course is open to the public, and non-guests can book directly with the club, while Sawgrass Marriott stay-and-play guests book through TPC Vacations. It is a par 72 for 18 holes.

- Check the 2026 closure dates before planning a trip (Stadium closes October 19 to November 8).

- The course is irrigated with non-potable water, and wildlife should not be fed or approached.

Policies
Golfers not staying on property can book the Stadium Course up to 14 days in advance by contacting TPC Sawgrass directly, online or by phone. Resort guests staying at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and Spa book stay-and-play through TPC Vacations, up to 12 months ahead. Closure dates are not available in the 14-day public window. The 2026 Stadium Course closures are June 1 to 28, August 10 to 14 and October 19 to November 8, plus March 10 to 16 for THE PLAYERS Championship. Outside tours are not available October 19 to November 8. The scorecard notes a local rule giving free relief from a sprinkler head close to the putting green and the ball.
