The Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale is set in the Sonoran Desert and surrounded by the McDowell Mountains, and has hosted the PGA TOUR's WM Phoenix Open since opening in 1986. It was designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf specifically to serve as the stage for the tournament, which is the largest spectator golf event in the world. It is one of two championship courses at the facility, alongside the Champions Course.

Toro Restaurant & Rum Bar, a collaboration with chef Richard Sandoval, serves Pan-Latin cuisine and has a patio overlooking the Stadium Course's 18th hole; lunch runs 10am–4pm and dinner 4pm–9pm, with the restaurant opening a half hour before the first tee time from Nov. 15 to April 15, and hours may vary seasonally. Reservations for Toro are made through the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The DraftKings Sportsbook at 8129 E Bell Road offers dining, beers on tap and mixed drinks, with happy hour from 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. The Champions Patio Bar overlooks the 9th green of the Champions Course and serves breakfast, lunch and appetizers along with craft brews and cocktails.
