Everything to know on arrival
Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your tee time and check in at the golf shop.
- Bring a collared shirt (men) and Bermuda-length shorts; no denim.
- Cancel at least 48 hours ahead.
- Warm up on the range with complimentary practice balls.
- Obey cart-path-only signs on holes 2, 6, 11 and 17.
- Expect water, wetlands and alligators; stay out of the protected cypress areas.
- Call ahead to reserve rental clubs.
- Check with the golf staff for daily pin positions.
Arrival & check-in
Arrive 30 minutes before your starting time. Staff meet you at the bag drop and send you to the golf shop to check in, and the golf shop is open 7:00am to 6:30pm. The starter calls your group 15 minutes before your tee time. A resort locker room with daily lockers and showers is available.
Dress code
Appropriate attire is required at all times. Men must wear collared shirts (mock turtlenecks are fine with a collar of at least 1.5 inches), and women may wear collarless tops. Shorts must be Bermuda length. Denim, bathing suits, T-shirts, gym shorts, tank tops, tube and halter tops, mesh shirts, cut-offs and tennis outfits are not allowed.

The scorecard marks cart-path-only stretches on holes 2, 6, 11 and 17, and asks players to fill divots with the sand provided on the carts.
Practice facilities
The practice facility is open daily from 7:00am to 5:30pm and has a driving range, short game area and putting green. Complimentary practice balls are available for warming up before a round. Practice-only passes are also sold until 4:00pm each day.
Rentals & pro shop
Titleist rental sets are available in right- and left-handed versions, including ladies' sets, with a driver, 3 fairway wood, hybrid, 4 iron, three wedges and a Scotty Cameron putter. Two sleeves of TPC logo balls come with the rental. Call the golf shop ahead to guarantee a set. The Shop at TPC and an online shop sell apparel and equipment.
Food & drink
The Grill Restaurant & Bar is on site, and catering and banquets are available.
Pace of play
Every player is responsible for keeping a reasonable pace, and ready golf is encouraged. Expected round time varies with starting time and weather.
Policies
Cancellations require 48 hours' notice before your starting time; call the golf shop at 813-949-0090 extension 1 to cancel or reduce your group. A tee time waitlist is available on the course website. Out of bounds is marked with white stakes, curbed roads and residential property fences, red stakes mark lateral water hazards, and cypress areas are environmentally protected and off limits.
