Par 3Par 4Par 5
Hole 1
281
yds ·White
Coffin Corner. A well-placed tee shot to the middle of the fairway leaves a short approach. Missing long and right is where the trouble is.
Hole 2
162
yds ·White
Long Look. A downhill par 3 that gives the first view of the course. Five bunkers surround the green, so accuracy matters more than distance.
Hole 3
261
yds ·White
Early Grave. A short par 4 where the second shot has to carry a wall of bunkers to reach the green.
Hole 4
125
yds ·White
Burial Mounds. A par 3 where the goal is to hit the green with the tee shot, since the surrounding mounds make a miss costly.
Hole 5
451
yds ·White
Mountain of Fire. Aim at the large bunker in the distance off the tee to set up a chance to reach this par 5 in two.
Hole 6
488
yds ·White
Dayton Dread. A long par 5 that takes three accurate shots to reach the green. Keep the ball right of Dayton Street.
Hole 7
294
yds ·White
Infinity. The green is an infinity-style green, so a second shot that runs long will not find a place to stop.
Hole 8
134
yds ·White
Tree Trouble. A straight shot into a well-protected green is needed to stay out of the trees.
Hole 9
337
yds ·White
Steep Slope. Get the tee shot to the top of the rise for a sight line to the green, and avoid the fairway bunkers on the left.
Hole 10
144
yds ·White
Tip The Cup. A short par 3 to a redan green that slopes right to left. A bunker guards the front.
Hole 11
508
yds ·White
Head of the Cove. A long par 5 that rewards accuracy, with lake views down the left and grass hollows around the green.
Hole 12
299
yds ·White
Cliff. Hug the left side of the fairway for the best look at the green. Coming up short leaves a shot from well below the hole.
Hole 13
127
yds ·White
Twin Oaks. One oak is the aim point and another guards the green, so pick the right tree.
Hole 14
324
yds ·White
Back Stretch. The hole heads back toward what used to be a horse racing track. The bunker right of the green is modeled on a famous one.
Hole 15
361
yds ·White
Fork of the River. The widest fairway on the course, split by a dry riverbed that you need to keep out of.
Hole 16
468
yds ·White
Seven Spirits. A par 5 where the third shot goes uphill to a green guarded by seven bunkers.
Hole 17
124
yds ·White
In the Valley. A short par 3 through a valley. Hitting it long leaves a tough shot back, and the ball may not hold the green.
Hole 18
374
yds ·White
Home. A difficult par 4 on the way back to the clubhouse, with mounds on the right and around the green.
