YMCA Par 3 is a nine-hole, par-27 short course in Lakeland and the home of The First Tee of Lakeland. Every hole is a par 3, ranging from about 75 to 126 yards, which makes it a good place for beginners, juniors, seniors and sharpening a short game. The site was a Publix par-3 course before the Y's version opened in 2005. It has a lighted driving range and is open daily.

- Walk-up play is welcome and rates are posted by player type (adult, senior, junior).
- Rent clubs or a pull cart at the course if you do not bring your own.
- Read the posted dress code before you go.
- The driving range hours differ on Sunday, so check before planning a range session.

Arrival & check-in
The course is open 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 8am to 6pm on Sunday. Drop-in play is available, so no membership is needed.
Carts & walking
Pull carts are available for rent. The course is short and made for walking.
Practice facilities
A lighted driving range is on site, with small and large baskets. The course page says range hours follow course hours except on Sundays, when it is open 2pm to 6pm, and the rate sheet notes a morning maintenance closure, so check before heading out. Private lessons are offered through the Y.
Rentals & pro shop
Adult and youth rental clubs are available, as are pull carts.
